Job Accountabilities

  • Manage Reception duties and visitors
  • Assist with Office management
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person
  • Prepare meeting rooms
  • Screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Ensure reception area and office is tidy
  • Receive and sort mails/deliveries
  • Order supplies and stationery stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations when needed
  • Filing
  • Assist with payment instructions when needed

Skills & Experience


  • Qualification or related relevant experience in administration/office management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Be courteous and presentable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other travel/expense systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well.
